The audience for this book includes system administrators, database administrators, and storage administrators. The Oracle Database Storage Administrator's Guide is intended for database and storage administrators who perform the following tasks:

To use this document, you should be familiar with basic Oracle Database concepts and administrative procedures. Also, you might want to review the documentation for Oracle Clusterware and Oracle Real Application Clusters (Oracle RAC). See "Related Documents".
