Calculates the arc tangent of two numbers using the operand provided. Result is in radians.
Arguments

A variant of type String, OraNumber, or a numeric value. |
OraNumber.ArcTan2 operand
Remarks
The result of the operation is stored in OraNumber. There is no return value.
This method returns an error if the operand is zero.
