To add a subscriber, you must name the queue.

You may optionally specify the agent. NOTE: If you do not name a subscriber, you must specify an address. To specify an agent (subscriber), you must specify the name or not specify the name (specify the name as NULL). You must also specify the address or not specify the address (specify address as NULL). You must specify the protocol (number or do not specify the protocol (specify protocal as NULL).
