THIS ENTITLEMENT AND THE ASSOCIATED INVOICE(S) EVIDENCE YOUR PURCHASE OF THE 
LICENSE RIGHTS FOR THE SUN SOFTWARE INDICATED HEREIN UNDER THE TERMS OF THE 
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT. 

Effective Date: Invoice date plus 5 business days

Software: Sun Ray Software 4 10/06, which includes the following:
- for Solaris - Sun Ray Server Software 3.1, Sun Ray Connector for Windows
  Operating Systems 1.1 and Sun Desktop Manager 1.0.
- for Linux - Sun Ray Server Software 3.1.1 and Sun Ray Connector for Windows 
  Operating Systems 1.1.

Software Part Number: CECI9-400C9E2S.

License Term: Perpetual (subject to termination under the SLA).

Licensed Unit: One (1) Desktop Unit where "Desktop Unit" means a single Sun Ray
client.

Licensed Unit Count: Per corresponding invoice(s).

Permitted Use: You may use the Software for your own Commercial Use only on any
server(s), with any supported operating systems, to be accessed by each Desktop
Unit, subject to and conditioned on Your compliance with the Additional Terms 
listed below.

Additional Terms:  

(1) The following research and academic institutions may use the Software 
pursuant to this Entitlement:  K-12 and higher education facilities, research 
centers and laboratories linked to a university, government ministries and 
departments of education, libraries, museums and teaching hospitals.  In 
addition, Educational Service Providers (EduSP) that deliver infrastructure, 
content or application services to K-12 and higher education facilities, the 
research user community and the primary and secondary end user community may 
also use the Software pursuant to this Entitlement.

(2) If You access terminal server functionality provided by Microsoft operating
system products, You need to purchase additional licenses to use such products.
Consult the license agreements for the Microsoft operating system products You 
are using to determine which licenses You must acquire.

(3) Microsoft requires that if You use the Sun Ray Connector for Windows 
Operating Systems to access terminal server functionality provided by Microsoft
operating system products then You need to purchase additional licenses to use 
such products. Microsoft also requires that, subject to any data protection 
laws, if Sun becomes aware that You have not acquired such licenses then Sun 
must provide Your name and contact information to Microsoft. By accepting this 
agreement, You consent to Sun's giving any such information to Microsoft.
